"I manage Creekside Plaza, a mid-size strip mall in Wasilla Alaska. In the year that I have contracted with Pioneer Peak Asphalt, their performance has been exceptional across the board. My bids have always been prompt, informative, and reasonably priced. In my opinion, it is service that sets Jason and Don apart from the rest. Each job contracted was completed professionally, in a timely manner, and with concern for a low impact experience for our tenants and their clients. The snow removal aspect of this business has also raised the bar on what has been the norm for service in the past here at Creekside. This is another area that Pioneer Peak Asphalt has raised the bar in the “service” aspect of doing business these days. The attention to detail, office interaction with myself and excellent accounting practices have made Pioneer Peak Asphalt the preferred snow removal and asphalt vendor for Creekside Plaza.
